We provide delivery for all orders within a timeframe of 3 to 7 business days. Please be aware that the actual delivery duration might differ based on the specific items you've purchased and your delivery location. Additionally, please be advised that requests for delivery exceeding 30 days are subject to Demurrage/Storage Charges.
Delivery dates will be assigned based on product availability. It's crucial to note that during promotional periods, delivery dates may undergo some variations.

How I know the item required an Installation?
You can find information in the product description and specifications from product detail page. These resources typically indicate whether the item requires assembly or installation.
How can I see how much charge for the Installation?
If an item requires assembly or installation fees, the charges will be displayed on the checkout page.
You can click on the Assembly Charge Info to view a popup with detailed information about the assembly fees for the products in your cart.

For Registered Customers
You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your futurehomeuae.com account and clicking on "My Account" > Orders”. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.
When your order is delivery scheduled, you will be notified by email. You can also reschedule the shipment from My Account" > Orders.
Only registered customers always see the real time Order Status / Reschedule / Cancel Order / Download Invoice / Rate the experience for delivery, product or sellers.
For Guest Customers
If you place an order from any of futurehomeuae.com as guest, you can easily track your order by clicking Track Order link. To check the status of your order, follow these steps:
Click on the "Track Order" link on the website.
Choose the "Website Order" option.
Enter your order number and mobile number in the provided fields.
Once you've entered the details, click on the "Submit" or "Track" button.
After submitting the form, you will be presented with a list of products that you ordered. By clicking on each product, you will be able to view its current status.
We want to assure you that our manufacturing team implements stringent quality control measures to ensure that the product meets our high standards before it reaches you.
However, we kindly request you to perform a thorough inspection of the product for any damages as soon as it is delivered. Please check for the following items upon delivery:
Examine all external surfaces of the product carefully.
For products that require assembly, ensure that our delivery team assembles the product properly, verifying that all nuts and bolts are present and fit well.
If installation is required, decide in advance on the precise location in your home where you would like to place the product.
For seating products, please sit on the item to ensure its stability with your weight on it.
Once our delivery team has left your location, we can only address manufacturing defects and fair usage breakages. If you receive a damaged product, kindly bring it to the immediate attention of the delivery personnel.
If you notice any issues later, we kindly request you to take the following steps:
Log in to your account on our website.
Go to the "My Account" section and navigate to the "My Orders" section.
Locate the specific order containing the damaged product and create a return request.
Once we receive your request, our team will assess the damage and respond within 2 business days. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either arrange for a repair or provide you with a replacement.
